IT Change Analyst (Contract)

Location: Scotland Country: UK Rate: Inside IR35
 

One of our Blue Chip Client is currently recruiting for an IT Change Analyst to be based out in Scotland/Hybrid.

Job Title: IT Change Analyst

Location: Scotland-Hybrid

Contract Length: 6 months with possible extension

IR35: Inside IR35

Minimum Requirement:

  • The purpose of this role is to support the IT Change Manager with the development, planning, logistics and embedding of the changes being developed.
  • You'll focus on the people side of change, which involves identifying change impacts, preparing, designing and delivering the materials needed to support the successful embedding and adoption of our new systems and ways of working.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Stream, Yammer, VivaEngage, SharePoint etc.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to take information and create visuals that bring this to life - infographics and gifs.
  • Excellent organisational skills and detail-orientated
  • Analytical skills
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
  • Familiar with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle - both Waterfall and Agile.
