IT Support Analyst - Investment Management - 1st/2nd Line Support - O365

Our client, a leading Investment Management organisation based in London, are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. This will be joining their Help Desk team playing a key role in a range of business-critical projects.

The successful candidate will act as a key member of the IT Help Desk providing first and second line support and assistance to the business assisting with technology BAU and project related activity. Alongside this you will take ownership of tasks communicating with a range of teams in a global business resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within the Investment Management arena.

Key Skills:

• Experience working in an IT Support Analyst role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows.
• Ability to liaise with multiple teams both internally and externally of the business.
• Worked within an Investment Management company.
