As our Azure Consultant, you'll be instrumental in driving the adoption and optimization of Azure solutions within our organization. Your expertise will be pivotal in architecting and implementing cutting-edge cloud solutions that propel us forward in our digital journey. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll lead the charge in streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and delivering exceptional value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on, guiding member of a techno-functional team. In this role you will work closely with the stakeholders in understanding application & infra requirements, analysing approaches towards an optimal hosting solution and building it successfully with the agile squads. You will sell the architecture vision to stakeholders and come up with migration & modernisation strategies.
  • Convert the high-level requirements into a complete solutions architecture that the development team can implement.
  • Transition the project to the development/build team, explain the design and remain available to address questions or problems that arise during implementation

What You will Ideally Bring:

  • Previous experience working on large scale modernisation programmes with Azure Cloud
  • Knowledge of solution design (HLD/LLD) and hands on implementation
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Azure IaaS/PaaS features
  • Good knowledge of Azure IaaS (VMs, VNET, NSG Rules, VPN Gateways and Express Route)
  • Creating, deploying, configuring and scaling applications on Windows Azure PaaS
  • Experience on Azure App Service Model (Web Apps, Mobile Apps, API Apps and Web Jobs)
  • Experience on Azure storage services like SQL DB, Tables, Files and Blobs

  • Location: Paddington/Remote
  • Day Rate: Up to £575 Per Day (Inside IR35)
