Global Change Lead, Group Reporting (Hybrid) - London

This is a London based role with an excellent immediate start within a global FMCG brand working on their largest digital and technological transformation program.

Our client is seeking a Global Change Lead, Group Reporting who is a senior practitioner in Change Management and has excellent functional and leadership capabilities to optimally deliver this Business Transformation Programme in the client's fast-paced environment. They will have a strong grasp of change programmes enabled by SAP and business capabilities, creating the bridge between business capability today and the change effort required to reach the business goals in the S4 SAP environment.

Key Skills:

  • 10-12+ years experience of management of change functions or experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment
  • Build and maintain value driving relationships across the programme, functions and regions that support the business transformation programme.
  • Supports integration efforts across programme waves & Work-streams
  • Having a thorough understanding of the business strategy, organisational issues and challenges
  • Immediately available candidates would be great, however up to 1 month notice will be accepted as this role is due to start ASAP
  • Both positions are for wave 1.5 which is due to launch in July 2025, therefore there is potential for this to be extended beyond end of May next year
  • Though important to note this is not guaranteed
  • Both job descriptions are generic and additional scope will be provided in the call as there will be multiple positions under the one job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owns the Change plan and leadership of all activities related to the Group Reporting Change team
  • Responsible for Group Reporting Change deliverables globally; point of escalation for risks and issues related to Change
  • Co-ordinates development of the overall change management strategy, approach and plan, in partnership with partner team.
  • Manages Change resourcing and planning across the Group Reporting transformation journey
  • Work with senior stakeholders from across the programme, and the wider business to develop and co-ordinate the overall Change plan
  • Part of the extended Voyager Global Change Leadership team, partners to integrate Group Reporting with other Voyager waves/go lives
