Tech Solutions Product Engineer Specialist - Low Code - HighQ (Permanent)

Location: Birmingham Country: UK Rate: c£35-37k per annum

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven HTML, CSS or JAVASCRIPT developer. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills into a more customer focussed role within product development. You will be working on the implementation of low-code solutions, with a focus on utilising HighQ platforms to enhance document storage capabilities within the firm.

As part of the Digital Transformation and AI team, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and efficiency through the development and integration of new solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Tech Solutions Manager the Product Specialist will support the delivery of the HighQ Collaborate strategy in line with the firm-wide strategy.

Embedding yourself in the firm as an expert for HighQ Collaborate, understanding what is achievable and how as well as helping to define specific solutions to requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and design tailored solutions utilising HighQ platforms.

Implement and configure low-code solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.

Manage a busy workload day to day with the ability to prioritise work and achieve time sensitive deadlines.

Provide technical expertise and support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and optimising system performance.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in product management, leveraging this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines, adhering to Prince2 Agile methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.

Collaborate with the cyber security team to ensure best practice.

Requirements:

You will be extremely tech savvy and have two years' work experience in technology as a developer in languages such as HTML, CSS or JAVASCRIPT coding.

Minimum of two years of commercial experience, with a proven track record of implementing solutions using HighQ is highly desirable but not essential.

Strong day to day self-management with a focus on service excellence and delivery.

Technical ability and proficiency and able to translate this into an understandable manner for a variety of audiences.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Able to work with a variety of challenging stakeholders, stakeholder management highly desirable.

You will be innovative, and solution oriented with a positive outlook and the desire to succeed.

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with Prince2 Agile methodologies is highly desirable.

Location and Working Arrangements:

This is a permanent, full time position based in Birmingham, UK. The role will involve three days per week working from the firm's office, with the remaining two days offering flexibility for remote work. You will join a dynamic team of 25+ professionals dedicated to driving digital innovation within the organisation.

Salary and Benefits:

Our client is offering a competitive salary starting at c£35,000 - £37,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package typical of a blue chip organisation.

The benefits package offers private healthcare, pension and 25 days holiday per annum. There is also a free breakfast on offer and subsidised canteen for lunches.
