1st Line Support Analyst - Reading. Our client, a leading blue chip company based in Reading, require a 1st Line Support Analyst to join their busy Service Desk. As 1st Line Support Analyst you will be responsible for 1st line triage via Jira, phone, Teams etc, and helping with set up and shipping of new devices, and managing returns of old equipment. This is a hybrid role, with 3-4 days a week in the office.
