My client based in Poland is looking for an experienced SAP Ariba consultant to assist on a 12 month contract

Mandatory Skills: SAP Ariba

Role Description Skills:

  • Experience in SAP Ariba Downstream modules, including Procurement to Payment (P2P) processes, invoice processing, Catalog management and spend visibility .
  • Hands-on experience with Guided Buying, including tile configuration and form creation.
  • Strong understanding of Master Data management and Approval lookup in SAP Ariba.
  • Experience with SAP Ariba Upstream modules and Ariba CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) is a plus.
  • Should be worked in troubleshooting data issues within the Ariba solution.
  • Experience in Master data flow between Ariba and Back End systems on S/4 Hana.
  • Expert in creation of Service request and Incident tickets with Ariba and working with Ariba support teams.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to relate technical issues to a business audience.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of overall solution architecture and cloud integration methods with ECC or S/4 HANA.
  • Hands on experience on SNOW incident management tools to log, track, and manage support tickets related to SAP Ariba issues.
  • Ensure that incidents are prioritized appropriately and resolved within established service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Investigate and resolve data issues and discrepancies within the Ariba solution, working closely with stakeholders to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within SAP Ariba, driving initiatives to enhance efficiency, user experience, and compliance.
  • Be willing to work in shifts to provide support coverage across different time zones or to accommodate business needs that extend beyond regular office hours.
